Finance Manager

What you will do

• Lead accounting, reporting, controlling, and tax functions to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize liabilities and ensure full compliance.
• Manage financial reporting, including monthly and yearly statements for the Management Board and government authorities.
• Oversee liquidity, cash flow management, and the registration of overseas long-term loans with the State Bank of Vietnam.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and tax authorities on all financial and accounting matters.
• Review supplier and sale contracts and propose enhancements to the internal accounting system.

Requirements

• Managerial experience in accounting, tax, or finance.
• Qualified as a Chief Accountant in Vietnam.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of local Vietnamese accounting laws and IFRS.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with multinational companies is a plus.
