General Accountant (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform daily accounting data entry and maintain supplier accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and verify payments against supporting documents and company policies.
• Reconcile accounts and support accurate profit management.
• Prepare monthly tax declarations and coordinate with tax authorities.
• Support the Chief Accountant with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing, financial reporting, and accounting advice.

Requirements

• Experience in general accounting, financial reporting, manufacturing-company auditing, and complex financial data analysis.
• Solid understanding of local and US GAAP accounting standards, accounting, taxation, and internal audit principles.
• Experience implementing process or technology improvements in a finance environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, and SAP.
• Knowledge of information technology and information systems concepts, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
