What you will do

• Authorize budget usage for divisions and review financial plans for expenditure effectiveness.
• Act as a business partner to manage financial risks and recommend cost-saving initiatives in daily operations.
• Perform cost element analysis, evaluate expenses, and benchmark budget usage against KPIs.
• Coordinate quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and budgeting processes.
• Develop financial processes and policies to ensure compliance and internal control requirements.
• Support Due Diligence projects and review financial terms for partner shares and licensing agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance; ACCA or CPA certifications are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in budget controlling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAS, and Tax laws/regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SQL or Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English language skills.
• Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in Big 4 firms.
• Proficiency in SQL or Power BI.
