What you will do

• Advise SMB customers on platform architecture, DevSecOps practices, and digital transformation across planning, development, security, and monitoring.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop sales strategies and support revenue growth through solution selling.
• Lead technical evaluations, including proofs of concept, proofs of value, RFP and audit support, workshops, and value stream assessments.
• Educate customers on deployment, cloud, security, and operational options while guiding successful platform adoption.
• Build trusted customer relationships and act as the customer advocate for Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Develop reusable technical examples and maintain expertise in technologies relevant to the DevSecOps market.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, solution design, or technical evaluation roles.
• Understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, DevSecOps, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing, deployment, security, and operations concepts.
• Ability to lead proofs of concept or value, contribute to tenders and audits, and design and deliver technical workshops.
• Strong technical communication, presentation, relationship-building, and customer advocacy skills.
• Professional motivation to learn new technologies and deepen platform expertise.

• Fluency in French or German.
