Sr Agent Architect (Germany)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI Agent deployments across CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, and contact center platforms.
• Build and configure API and integration-platform connections, solving complex data flows and field-mapping challenges.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, Solution Engineering, Sales, partners, and customers on complex deployments.
• Scope deployments, provide architecture guidance, identify blockers, and support execution through delivery.
• Translate customer workflows into LLM prompts, conversational components, and reliable agent behavior using knowledge of embeddings and LLM internals.
• Test architecture and agent performance, fine-tune conversational flows and voice output, and document best practices and product capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles involving solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration.
• Experience implementing complex SaaS solutions at scale, including CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, or ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML, Postman or similar API testing tools, and OAuth, API key, and JWT authentication.
• Experience reading enterprise SaaS API documentation and handling data transformation and field mapping.
• Strong systems thinking, analytical problem-solving, risk assessment, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English is required.

Nice to have

• Conversation design, prompt engineering, chain-of-thought or few-shot learning experience.
• A/B testing experience for evaluating agent performance.
