What you will do

• Design end-to-end solution architectures mapping the AI platform's integration into enterprise systems like CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing platforms.
• Build and configure integrations using APIs and integration platforms to solve complex, multi-system data flows.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on custom integration scenarios and high-complexity deployments.
• Utilize LLM internals and prompt engineering to translate customer requirements into reliable agent behavior.
• Translate complex customer workflows into structured conversational components for LLM execution.
• Document best practices and product capabilities for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing solution architecture or systems integration roles.
• Proven expertise in complex SaaS implementations at scale (CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms).
• Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML, and API testing tools like Postman.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in conversation design or prompt engineering (e.g., chain-of-thought, few-shot learning).
• Experience with A/B testing to assess AI agent performance.
