What you will do

• Own and deliver end-to-end TRM solutions, translating complex requirements into architectures involving data pipelines, APIs, and AI workflows.
• Lead the technical pre-sales motion, including discovery calls and solution design to secure technical alignment.
• Build and demonstrate POCs to validate AI-enabled workflows, integrating models, rules, and APIs.
• Provide detailed technical guidance to clients on API implementation, timelines, and potential challenges.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for platform enhancements based on client needs.
• Cultivate strong relationships with technical stakeholders to ensure successful integration and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Professional experience in pre- and post-sales roles, such as Senior Solutions Architect, Senior Sales Engineer, or Senior Customer Success Engineer.
• Must be located in Singapore, South Korea, or Australia.
• Proven experience customizing API-based SaaS products at scale, including implementation and launch.
• Ability to script in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript to build prototypes and POCs.
• Previous experience in AI development or working with data-driven systems and workflow orchestration.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
