What you will do

• Lead the technical strategy and talk track on customer calls to demonstrate the value of hirify.global's technology.
• Design and deploy customer pilots for strategic enterprise and government clients in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• Act as the primary technical relationship owner and trusted advisor for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align offerings with customer needs.
• Develop processes to scale the Solutions Architect team effectively.
• Partner with Account Executives and partners to accelerate customer adoption.

Requirements

• Native-level Arabic.
• Must be based in or able to work in Saudi Arabia (Hybrid).
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical pre/post sales (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar).
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and foundational ML concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with assistive coding tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both C-level executives and technical audiences.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM solutions.
• Experience customizing models for specific business or organizational objectives.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).
