What you will do

• Transform customer spreadsheets and business problems into sophisticated multi-dimensional models.
• Design and build hirify.global applications based on documented business requirements.
• Lead UAT, deployment, and customer training to ensure solution self-sufficiency.
• Integrate source software using connectors and APIs.
• Act as the primary link between customer stakeholders and the product team to influence platform development.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve implementation methodologies and processes.

Requirements

• Expertise in building complex systems and communicating them simply to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to structure and validate high volumes of unstructured data.
• Strategic thinking and adaptability within a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in Paris for hybrid work.
• MBA or a relevant advanced degree is preferred.
