What you will do

• Act as a technical co-pilot for Account Executives and Managers from pre-sales scoping to deployment.
• Build and present reference architectures, how-to guides, and demo applications for customers.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in translation and localization process optimization and best practices.
• Align customer technology stacks to optimize localization and integrate AI solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams for long-term customer success.
• Develop internal processes and track latest trends in multilingual content management and agentic AI.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical pre/post-sales within language services, language technology, or content management.
• Technical background in computational linguistics, AI, LLM, NLP, or CAT solutions.
• Authorization to work in the UK, Germany, or Spain is a precondition of employment.
• Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level executives.
• Expertise in localization solutions, technologies, and complex services-oriented solutions.
• Strong analytical approach to project planning and intelligence gathering.
