Solution Architect - Pre-Sales

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover enterprise challenges and align them to measurable outcomes.
• Translate network assurance opportunities into clear business impact statements.
• Design and deliver proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements demonstrating hirify.global’s value.
• Demonstrate integrations with key ecosystem partners like ServiceNow, NetBox, Nautobot, and Splunk.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to channel structured field feedback and influence roadmap direction.
• Partner with Account Executives to define technical strategy, scope PoCs, and drive evaluations to success.

Requirements

• 6+ years of enterprise networking expertise, including large-scale global environments (data center, SDN, campus, and SD-WAN).
• Strong multi-domain experience across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep knowledge of architectural principles and L2/L3 protocols and concepts (BGP, OSPF, VRF, ACLs, VLANs).
• Experience with one or more key ecosystems like ServiceNow CMDB, NetBox, Nautobot, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Proven ability to translate technical complexity into clear, outcome-driven conversations.
• Native-level German language skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CCNP/CCDE or DevNet Professional.
• Background with network assurance, observability, or orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with security, compliance, or change validation frameworks (NIST, CIS, PCI, HIPAA).
• Hands-on automation skills: Python, REST APIs, Git workflows, Jinja, Nornir, YAML/JSON, and CI/CD familiarity.
