What you will do

• Enhance the bonus ecosystem to improve conversion to FTD, LTV, retention, and revenue.
• Develop and validate product hypotheses using metrics and business data.
• Design monetary mechanics, interface experiments, and A/B tests.
• Prioritize the backlog and prepare tasks for development and design.
• Analyze user experience and interfaces while balancing customer value with product economics.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, designers, and engineers.

Requirements

• Data-driven approach with the ability to evaluate feature success through metrics.
• Proven experience with monetary mechanics in iGaming or trading and a deep understanding of unit economics.
• Experience setting development and design tasks, prioritizing backlogs, and preparing A/B tests.
• Ability to analyze user experience, validate business hypotheses, and support decisions with data.
• Ability to balance user value and product economics.
• Native or bilingual Russian proficiency required.
