What you will do

• Support the roadmap and delivery of core product areas to keep projects aligned with team goals.
• Gather user insights through interviews, feedback sessions, and data reviews to identify pain points.
• Translate research findings into actionable requirements, collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Contribute to prioritization by balancing immediate quick wins with long-term improvements.
• Track and analyze post-launch performance metrics (KPIs) to boost adoption and retention.
• Coordinate go-to-market plans and prepare launch materials for internal and external alignment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or a related role.
• Experience within a tech, fintech, or SaaS environment.
• BA/BS degree in a technical, analytical, or business field.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and develop scalable solutions.
• Data-curious mindset with experience formulating hypotheses and supporting A/B tests.
• Strong communication skills for documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
