What you will do

• Drive the product roadmap for operator-facing features, including onboarding, dashboards, reporting, and compliance tools.
• Conduct deep customer discovery through interviews and calls to understand operator needs and regulatory shifts.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product capabilities into messaging and competitive battle cards.
• Execute delivery in a product-led SaaS environment, defining success metrics and iterating based on data.
• Identify and implement AI and automation solutions for fraud detection, offer optimization, and reporting.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery cadence with engineering as the primary product owner.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Deep technical understanding of affiliate tracking: attribution (click → registration → FTD), postbacks, and commission models (CPA, RevShare, hybrid).
• Hands-on experience on the iGaming operator side, specifically running or building an operator's affiliate program.
• Expertise in detecting fraud patterns, player economics, and affiliate quality evaluation.
• English: Good spoken proficiency required for customer-facing interviews and presentations.
• Location: Available to work remotely from any location.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI-powered or data-driven product features.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Affilka, MyAffiliates, Income Access, or NetRefer.
• Experience managing or mentoring other Product Managers.
