What you will do

• Own the roadmap and delivery for critical areas of the hirify.global merchant app, aligning bets with long-term strategy.
• Ship AI-native experiences that automate manual tasks for merchants.
• Lead end-to-end app launches, from zero-to-one feature design through activation and retention loops.
• Translate insights into sharp specifications and prototypes, collaborating with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Ops.
• Define success metrics via North-star KPIs and iterate based on validation data post-launch.
• Partner with banking, payments, and lending teams to weave products into existing merchant workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within fintech, banking, or SMB SaaS.
• Proven track record of taking AI features into production.
• Strong commercial instinct with an understanding of unit economics and the cost of capital in fintech.
• Degree in a technical or analytical field with proficiency in SQL and statistical reasoning.
• Experience formulating hypotheses and running A/B tests to drive evidence-based decisions.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Porto, Portugal.
