What you will do

• Own the ML product roadmap end-to-end, prioritizing strategies based on engineering, data science, and business insights.
• Lead the definition and design of ML solutions for products such as Attachment Matcher, Transaction Categorizer, and Cashflow Management.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement ML capabilities that drive measurable business value.
• Communicate priorities and product rationale to stakeholders and executive teams.
• Analyze ML model performance to provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience with a focus on scaling ML or data products from 0 to 1.
• Technical fluency in machine learning concepts and their applications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset for making data-driven decisions and managing trade-offs.
• Ability to develop a strategic product vision aligned with company goals.
• Must be based in or able to work from Paris, Milan, Berlin, or Barcelona (Hybrid).
