Director / VP - Transaction Services Local Product Manager

What you will do

• Drive the local implementation of transaction services solutions to strengthen ING’s position as an innovative transaction services network bank in Europe.
• Identify opportunities and lead change across the transaction services offering and the end-to-end customer journey.
• Improve processes from pre-sales and onboarding through ongoing client management to support financial transaction services KPIs.
• Own financial and non-financial risk management while operating standardized business processes.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Wholesale Banking, ING Belgium, global product managers, and sales and coverage stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic and commercial projects, including launching new capabilities and optimizing client journeys.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
• At least five years of relevant in-depth experience and knowledge of transaction services products.
• Experience across Payments, Channels, Cash & Liquidity, and Trade Finance is preferred; Front or Middle Office transaction services experience is valued.
• Ability to manage and deliver time-sensitive projects involving a large number of stakeholders.
• Strong client and commercial focus combined with the ability to understand technical requirements.
• Excellent English communication skills are required. French and/or Dutch is a plus.
