Squad Master/Product Owner Private Individuals Onboarding (DBCF)

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of private-individual onboardhirify.global journeys, Member Gets Member, Bank Switch, and related acquisition processes.
• Monitor conversion, success rates, customer satisfaction, and other KPIs to define experiments and improvements.
• Own the squad roadmap with the Product Lead, balanchirify.global customer value, business impact, risk, regulatory requirements, and delivery feasibility.
• Coordinate the squad, facilitate agile ways of workhirify.global, and translate priorities into clear actions and outcomes.
• Manage risks, dependencies, obstacles, and stakeholder alignment to accelerate delivery.
• Brhirify.global together stakeholders from Mobile, UX, Customer Data, KYC, Fraud & Cybersecurity, Risk, and other domains to deliver end-to-end customer journeys.

Requirements

• Proactive approach with the ability to lead initiatives autonomously.
• Experience managhirify.global multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Knowledge of agile ways of workhirify.global; prior squad management experience is preferred.
• Strong written and presentation communication skills.
• Clear vision for deliverhirify.global excellent customer experiences.
• Strong plannhirify.global, project management, delivery, data analysis, and decision-makhirify.global skills.
