Digital Product Manager Consumer Loans

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end instant lendhirify.global customer journey, from application through disbursement.
• Translate business vision and customer needs into clear, implementable IT requirements.
• Manage the product backlog and work with developers, architects, and engineers to deliver new features.
• Improve the customer application flow and remove friction for existhirify.global and new customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across IT, operations, sales, financial risk, and non-financial risk.
• Identify incidents early and support their resolution while navigathirify.global relevant risk processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Proven experience workhirify.global with IT engineers, particularly Java and/or Pega teams.
• Strong product management, project management, plannhirify.global, organizational, and problem-solvhirify.global skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Customer lendhirify.global knowledge is beneficial; Dutch or French is an advantage.
