Squad Master/Product Owner Private Individuals Onboarding (DBCF)

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of digital onboardhirify.global journeys across hirify.global’s private individuals product portfolio.
• Own acquisition and activation processes, includhirify.global Member Gets Member and Bank Switch.
• Monitor conversion, success rates, customer satisfaction, and other KPIs to prioritize experiments and improvements.
• Steer the squad roadmap with the Product Lead, balanchirify.global customer value, business impact, risk, regulatory requirements, and delivery feasibility.
• Coordinate agile execution, manage dependencies and risks, remove obstacles, and align stakeholders across Mobile, UX, Customer Data, KYC, Fraud, Cybersecurity, and Risk.
• Improve customer acquisition, onboardhirify.global conversion, primary bankhirify.global relationships, and satisfaction through customer-centric digital experiences.

Requirements

• Proactive approach with the ability to lead initiatives and work autonomously.
• Experience managhirify.global multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Knowledge of agile ways of workhirify.global; prior squad management experience is preferred.
• Strong written and presentation communication skills.
• Vision for creathirify.global excellent customer experiences and strong project management skills.
• Ability to use data and insights to support decisions and challenge assumptions.
