Head of SW Product Management (Logistics): Driving the strategy, evolution, and lifecycle management of the software portfolio for automated material handling solutions with an accent on intralogistics software and market-driven product roadmaps. Focus on translating customer needs into functional priorities, maximizing product profitability, and leading a team of specialist product managers within a global matrix organization.
Location: Onsite role associated with offices across Europe, including Portugal, Spain, the Czech Republic, Italy, the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, Poland, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.

What you will do
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for intralogistics software portfolios, primarily K.oneX and Parcel IT (LogX4).
- Translate market trends, customer requirements, and business opportunities into product vision and functional priorities for R&D.
- Define product visions for Warehouse Management, Warehouse Control, Warehouse Execution, Fleet Management, Multi-Agent Orchestration, and Sortation solutions.
- Develop business cases, pricing strategies, value propositions, and lifecycle plans to support portfolio profitability and market adoption.
- Ensure products are scalable, modular, upgradeable, and aligned with shared software platforms and hardware solutions.
- Lead and mentor a small team of specialist Product Managers while collaborating with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service, and Innovation teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, information technology, engineering, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Development, or a similar technical role.
- Strong expertise in intralogistics software, including WMS, WCS, WES, MFC, FMS, MAO, or comparable warehouse automation technologies.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, automated material handling systems, and digital supply chain solutions.
- Experience building product roadmaps, business cases, pricing models, lifecycle strategies, and successful software products.
