Global Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own enterprise AI products end to end, from concept and requirements through development, quality and safety review, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Prototype rapidly with AI-native tools and scale products with engineering while maintaining production quality.
• Rationalize the AI portfolio by consolidating overlapping tools and keeping assets reusable and portable across evolving platforms.
• Define evaluation, approval, risk, legal, privacy, and compliance workflows for AI product releases.
• Track adoption and value through meaningful metrics and leadership-ready reporting.
• Partner with engineering on architecture, tooling, integrations, and technical feasibility.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant product management or comparable product experience.
• Hands-on experience building with Anthropic and/or OpenAI, including skills, plugins, agents, or MCP integrations.
• Deep knowledge of agentic architectures, multi-agent orchestration, LLM routing, human-in-the-loop design, and evaluation systems.
• Consulting experience or comparable delivery experience for senior professional audiences.
• Understanding of agile practices and proficiency with Jira or equivalent tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, technical judgment, and experience with risk, privacy, or compliance reviews.
