What you will do

• Lead the Learning & Development strategy across the UK and Europe and align it with organisational and business priorities.
• Design career pathways, skills frameworks, succession initiatives, and talent development programmes.
• Develop leadership, management, coaching, mentoring, performance, and change leadership programmes.
• Oversee graduate, apprenticeship, placement, professional qualification, chartership, and accreditation pathways.
• Implement learning technologies, AI-powered solutions, automation, analytics tools, metrics, and dashboards.
• Manage stakeholders, external learning partners, the L&D team, budget, governance, and impact reporting.

Requirements

• Significant Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organisational Development experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and executing L&D strategies and delivering leadership, management, and professional development programmes.
• Experience managing apprenticeships, early careers programmes, or professional qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of learning technologies, learning analytics, digital capability development, AI-enabled learning solutions, and automation.
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, analytical, presentation, project, and programme management skills.
• Collaborative, inclusive, proactive, adaptable, resilient, and committed to continuous improvement.
