What you will do

• Coordinate L&D activities across UK sites to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Manage relationships with external training providers, colleges, and learning partners.
• Lead Early Careers programmes, including apprenticeships, graduate schemes, and internships.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate manager induction and leadership development programmes.
• Maximise apprenticeship levy utilisation and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Partner with HRBPs and Resourcing to optimize the development experience for new talent.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Learning & Development.
• Proven track record in designing and evaluating L&D programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Early Careers programmes, including apprenticeships and graduate schemes.
• Ability to maintain a regular presence across both Tewkesbury and Wolverhampton sites.

Nice to have

• CIPD or recognized HR/L&D qualification.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Experience managing apprenticeship levy funding.
