Location: Southampton, United Kingdom (Hybrid); travel to London and other offices as required.

What you will do

• Identify and analyze organizational capability gaps and translate them into practical development pathways and learning journeys.
• Lead the coordination of the annual talent and succession review process to identify leadership pipelines and risks.
• Manage the day-to-day governance and optimization of the Skills & Growth Levy, managing relationships with training providers.
• Support the development of AI, digital, and future workforce capabilities across the organization.
• Build effective relationships across HR and business teams to provide evidence-based capability insights.
• Measure the impact of learning interventions through data-driven reporting and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience delivering learning, skills, and development initiatives that drive business growth.
• Knowledge of apprenticeships and apprenticeship levy utilisation.
• Data-driven mindset for using metrics to track progress and measure success.
• Must be based in the UK and able to travel to Southampton and London.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and commercial awareness.
