What you will do

• Identify employee training needs and source or coordinate suitable internal and external learning solutions.
• Lead the design, delivery, scheduling, and review of company-wide training, induction, management development, and high-potential programmes.
• Coach managers and employees and support career planning, succession planning, and personal development initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor learning outcomes, and prepare reports to inform development planning.
• Own the day-to-day operation of the LMS, including content management, programme configuration, scheduling, and reporting.
• Collaborate with People Services, HR, managers, and external training providers to maintain accurate records and deliver learning on schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in a similar learning and development role.
• Experience developing and implementing training programmes end to end, including introducing new learning initiatives.
• Experience with LMS systems, training platforms, dynamic training tools, and training effectiveness evaluation.
• Coaching qualification such as ICF or equivalent, with experience supporting managers and employees.
• Experience with or training in psychometric profiling tools such as Insights or Belbin.
• Excellent communication, organisation, prioritisation, autonomy, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• CIPD Level 5 or above, or a similar qualification.
• Project management experience.
