Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Team Effectiveness, Leadership Development, or Occupational Psychology principles.
• Experience designing and implementing organisational interventions and programmes in complex environments.

• Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data to shape decision-making.
