• Collaborate with senior leaders and People Partners to turn strategic ambitions into practical changes.
• Design interventions such as training, coaching, and communications to support staff through transitions.
• Navigate ambiguity and resistance to ensure momentum in sensitive or complex environments.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in organizational design and operating model development, ideally within tech or digital transformation.
• Strong track record in delivering complex people change management initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility in challenging environments.
• Solid understanding of employment law and people-related risk considerations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations.
