What you will do

• Partner with HR and business leaders to define workforce priorities and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Deliver advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support retention, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Build predictive models to identify attrition risks, workforce demand, and skills gaps.
• Champion the use of AI and automation to replace manual reporting with self-serve, always-on insights.
• Support statutory, regulatory, and compensation reporting requirements across international markets.
• Coach HRBPs and managers to use data confidently in day-to-day decision-making.

Requirements

• Significant experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, specifically Workday.
• Demonstrated ability to influence business and HR leaders through data storytelling.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Leeds office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Predictive analytics experience.
• Experience with AI, automation, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Background in the insurance industry.
• Experience with international compensation and statutory reporting.
