Solution Architect (MarTech)

TL;DR

Solution Architect (MarTech): Driving solution architecture for a UK&I portfolio across customer engagement, sales, commerce, finance, CRM, fulfilment, and service platforms with an accent on capability-led architecture, simplification, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on designing architecture roadmaps, governing technical solutions, and solving complex requirements across CDP, analytics, decisioning, and personalisation.

Location: Hybrid, with 2 days per week in the office; office base in Livingston, Leeds, or Osterley, UK. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Drive solution architecture for a UK&I portfolio or platform across customer and business domains.
• Break down initiatives into capability-based changes and provide clear architectural guidance.
• Challenge commercial and operational requirements and propose simpler, valuable solution approaches.
• Develop architecture runway plans aligned with business objectives, technical goals, and enterprise strategy.
• Embed capability-led architecture and documentation practices across teams.
• Contribute to solution architecture governance and enterprise governance forums.

Requirements

• Proven solution architecture experience, including capability-based change planning.
• Ability to simplify complex requirements into clear architectural guidance.
• Experience aligning solutions with product and engineering teams.
• MarTech expertise in CDP, analytics, decisioning, and personalisation.
• Experience with architecture governance, principles, policies, standards, and architecture runway planning.
• Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Adobe product suite.
