What you will do

• Lead the Solution Architecture function to ensure the delivery of high-quality, business-focused solution designs.
• Act as the Technical Design Authority, providing strategic technology leadership and design oversight.
• Own the governance, standards, and quality assurance processes underpinning architecture delivery.
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of Solution Architects.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to align solution designs with strategic technology roadmaps.
• Manage technology risks, product evaluation, and strategic supplier engagement.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience leading a Solution Architecture function within a complex technology environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills for coaching and managing technical teams.
• Expertise in solution architecture, technology governance, and design authority processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, connectivity, integration/middleware, data and analytics, or information security.
• Experience establishing architecture standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
