What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, influencing strategy and identifying opportunities for technical transformation.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient architectures across cloud, AI, and full-stack domains.
• Support deal development and proposal shaping by presenting technical capabilities and engineering excellence to clients.
• Guide and mentor build teams to ensure technical integrity and alignment with the original vision.
• Contribute to the development of practice area IP, reusable assets, and engineering methodologies.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds, UK
• Strong expertise in modern engineering disciplines including full-stack development, cloud, and DevOps.
• Proven experience in client engagement and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and business cases.
• Experience deploying AI in an engineering capacity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in a collaborative environment.
