What you will do

• Define target architectures on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE, including cost/benefit/licensing analysis and adoption roadmaps.
• Own technical scope, estimates, quality gates, and orchestrate partner and offshore teams for delivery governance.
• Lead workshops with C-suite and business stakeholders, align technical priorities, and communicate risks and trade-offs.
• Shape bids, statements of work, delivery plans, and commercials to support account growth.
• Approve Azure integration and security patterns, design environment topology, and enforce CI/CD standards.
• Mentor senior consultants and build reusable standards and assets across the company.

Requirements

• Location: Belfast, United Kingdom with hybrid work format
• ~10+ years consulting/enterprise delivery experience with prior architect or equivalent role.
• Strong expertise in Power Platform, Dynamics 365 licensing, Dataverse modeling, integration/security patterns, and non-functional design.
• Experience with governance, ALM, environment strategy, and release cadence.
• Excellent facilitation, executive communication, and commercial awareness.
• Ability to lead multi-workstream programs and mentor senior consultants.

Nice to have

• Power Pages governance experience.
• BI for operational reporting.
• Experience in regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Scaled Agile delivery methodologies.
