What you will do
- Lead engagement with Corporate Function stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-quality solution designs.
- Own end-to-end solution designs covering functional, integration, data, security, and resilience aspects with focus on scalability and sustainability.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and governance frameworks.
- Design integrated finance and corporate function processes to improve data consistency and reduce manual intervention through automation.
- Embed modern design approaches including API-led, event-driven, and automation-first architectures.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts, and delivery teams to provide design leadership and manage risks and dependencies.
Requirements
- Location: Based in or able to work from Stirling, United Kingdom.
- Proven experience designing complex technology solutions in large-scale corporate or enterprise environments focused on Finance and Data architectures.
- Strong expertise in Finance platforms such as Oracle Fusion, AHCS, and EPM, and Azure data technologies including Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse.
- Understanding of data modelling, governance, and semantic consistency across finance and reporting domains.
- Experience with solution design governance, architecture assurance, and stakeholder management.
