Salary: Starting from PLN 170,000 per month; the final offer depends on experience and competencies.

What you will do

• Act as the senior functional and data expert for assigned finance systems, resolving complex incidents and investigations.
• Maintain reliable business-as-usual operations across general ledger, accounts payable, consolidation, and reporting platforms.
• Lead support, testing, and data workstreams for enhancements, upgrades, and finance transformation projects.
• Apply and monitor financial controls covering reconciliations, payments, segregation of duties, and data governance.
• Work with Finance, IT, Operations, and vendor teams to resolve integration and system issues.
• Set support standards and develop analyst capability through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with deep functional and data expertise in finance systems support.
• Experience with SQL, data validation, incident management, and finance systems administration.
• Strong understanding of finance processes such as GL and AP processing, reconciliations, consolidation, or reporting.
• Experience leading UAT, system changes, upgrade projects, and support workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls in a financial services environment.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, collaborate with vendors, and mentor analysts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infor SunSystems, HFM, Essbase, SAP Concur, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Cognos.
• Knowledge of DAX, M language, data modelling, Python, PowerShell, or VBA.
• ITIL Foundation, Lean, or Six Sigma knowledge.
• Experience in regulated financial services and client-money or CASS-type controls.
• Relevant treasury, accounting, or finance qualification.
