Finance Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Participate in the monthly cost allocation process across business lines, products, and legal entities.
• Prepare and calculate allocations of shared and overhead expenses.
• Support month-end close activities including revenue accruals and cut-off procedures.
• Perform reconciliations and consistency checks for allocated costs and transactional data.
• Review and validate primary accounting data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Business Lines Finance, HR, IT, and Group Closing teams.

Requirements

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in management accounting, cost accounting, or general accounting.
• Hands-on experience with month-end closing processes and AR/AP.
• Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
• English: Intermediate or higher.
• Fluency in Russian.

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or digital product companies.
• Experience working in international or geographically distributed groups.
