What you will do

• Process and authorize disbursements across multiple channels including ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
• Reconcile disbursement accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain comprehensive audit trails.
• Manage real-time dashboards for disbursement status and organizational cash commitments.
• Handle vendor onboarding, payment setup, and resolve vendor inquiries via phone and email.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with internal controls, SOX, and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, and Business Operations to align payment schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in accounts payable or high-volume transactional finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
• Strong understanding of banking procedures, payment controls, and financial compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for managing internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Experience with automated payment systems or orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with multi-entity or multi-currency disbursement management.
