What you will do

• Update and improve credit risk standards and assessment templates in collaboration with group departments.
• Perform periodic internal controls and quality assurance on credit risk management activities.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOP) for the credit risk center of excellence.
• Assess new digital payment solutions to define credit risk implications and mitigation strategies.
• Provide expert training and guidance to operational risk teams, sales, and account management stakeholders.
• Contribute to the ongoing professionalization and strategy of the global credit risk department.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of analytical experience in corporate credit risk assessments.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and credit rating methodologies.
• Full working proficiency in English is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business economics is preferred.
