Salary: 110,900 - 140,300 PLN

What you will do

• Manage bank account openings, authorized signer lists, and KYC documentation.
• Coordinate with banking partners and internal stakeholders to maintain FTP connections and file documentation.
• Execute test plans for new banking connections and validate payment flows before go-live.
• Manage daily cash positions, intercompany funding, and contribute to cash forecast reporting.
• Support the accounts payable team in processing global invoices.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in treasury or cash management.
• Experience with ERP or TMS implementation projects such as Workday or hirify.global.
• Strong understanding of cash forecasting best practices and bank account management.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools.
• Knowledge of Workday Financials.
• French language proficiency.
• Experience in an international or multi-entity environment.
