What you will do

• Manage daily operational activities across the brokerage.
• Oversee client onboarding, account opening, trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate operational workflows with Compliance, Risk, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure procedures comply with SCA requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor operational risks, improve processes, and oversee third-party providers and outsourced functions.
• Maintain operational resilience, records, and reports for management and regulators.

Requirements

• Experience in a UAE-regulated brokerage or financial institution.
• Knowledge of MT4, MT5, PrimeXM, oneZero, or comparable brokerage infrastructure.
• Understanding of payment operations, treasury processes, and client money handling.
• Experience participating in regulatory audits and external inspections.
• Professional certifications in operations, project management, risk, or process improvement are advantageous.
