What you will do

• Lead the Global Trade Support Operations function for Equity, Fixed Income, and Options trading activities across global markets.
• Oversee daily and weekly Options expiration processing to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Enhance the Operational Risk Framework to ensure effective controls and regulatory compliance.
• Manage client relationships and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.
• Analyze staffing models and KPIs to optimize resource allocation and productivity.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies using technology and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Significant experience leading global trade support or securities operations within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income, Options, and post-trade operational processes.
• Proven experience in operational risk management and supervisory control frameworks.
• Ability to lead and manage complex operational environments and geographically dispersed teams.
• Must be located in or able to work from Newark, NJ
