What you will do
- Redesign the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and translate it into actionable risk appetite statements and KRIs.
- Drive framework adoption across leadership to ensure risk management is embedded in daily business operations.
- Build control frameworks, incident management approaches, and GRC toolsets from the ground up.
- Create consolidated monthly risk reporting for the ExCo and Board, integrating enterprise, operational, and compliance views.
- Lead operational risk scenario analysis for Pillar 2 capital assessment purposes.
- Provide second-line oversight of fraud and cyber risk while maintaining a pragmatic, commercial perspective.
Requirements
- Significant experience in enterprise and operational risk within regulated financial services.
- Proven track record of designing or redesigning ERMFs and embedding them with senior stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in defining risk appetite, governance structures, and deficiency management.
- Strong experience with incident management frameworks and GRC tooling decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to provide credible challenge to senior stakeholders while remaining commercially grounded.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in London.
