What you will do

• Own the risk management framework and maintain the second line of defence.
• Design risk methodologies and monitor exposures across the business.
• Provide risk visibility and reporting to the Board and senior management.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical policies and monitoring controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, finance, product, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in risk management within regulated financial institutions.
• Expertise in crypto/digital-asset (CASP) and e-money or payments activities.
• Deep knowledge of MiCA, PSD2, EMD2, and relevant EU/Cypriot national laws.
• Understanding of risk taxonomy: operational, credit, liquidity, market, conduct, and ICT (DORA).
• Ability to quantify exposures and present data to stakeholders and regulators.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus.
