TL;DR
Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure): Building and evolving secure, scalable Azure cloud platforms and Kubernetes services that enable reliable delivery of business-critical applications with an accent on Infrastructure as Code, automation, cloud governance, and resilience. Focus on designing enterprise-scale platform architecture, operating AKS workloads, improving observability and performance, and introducing AI-powered engineering capabilities.
Location: Poland; remote or office work options are available.

What you will do
- Design, implement, and evolve Azure-based cloud platforms and infrastructure.
- Lead the architecture and operation of Kubernetes and AKS platforms for containerized workloads.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD adoption, and platform modernization.
- Define engineering standards, DevOps practices, cloud architecture principles, and governance models.
- Improve platform reliability, observability, performance, resilience, security, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership while collaborating with engineering, architecture, security, and product teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise-scale Azure platforms, including architecture, networking, security, governance, resilience, and observability.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, Kubernetes, and cloud-native engineering.
- Experience defining engineering standards, modernizing platforms, mentoring engineers, and influencing technical direction.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and technical leadership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS or multi-cloud environments.
- Experience with AI platforms and workloads, including LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, security, and governance.
- Knowledge of NVIDIA technologies, Omniverse, Digital Twins, simulation, GPU workloads, or MCP.
