What you will do
- Design, manage, and optimize secure, scalable AWS infrastructure for enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Maven to support reliable software delivery.
- Improve application and infrastructure availability, performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot integration and deployment issues across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, functional analysts, and infrastructure specialists on product delivery.
- Lead technical discussions and drive continuous improvements in engineering standards and operational practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure roles supporting enterprise-scale applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced AWS infrastructure experience and strong Jenkins administration skills.
- Deep knowledge of Maven, Git branching practices, automated testing, debugging, and performance profiling.
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL backup and restore tooling.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to work in a hybrid Krakow environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP, GRP, IFMIS, or other large-scale business applications.
- Cloud-native and containerized deployment experience.
- AWS DevOps or Solutions Architect certification.
- Terraform or Ansible experience and familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies.
