Location: Must be based in or near Białystok, Poland. Hybrid work model required (at least 3 days in the office per week).

Salary: 20,000–22,000 PLN gross/net per month.

What you will do

• Design and maintain Azure cloud environments serving as the experimental backbone for the MCP Graph Broker.
• Configure multi-tenant isolation, load balancing, and real-time monitoring mechanisms.
• Implement security and reliability frameworks for enterprise-grade MCP systems.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and MLOps workflows for production AI services.
• Collaborate on architecturally sound, scalable solutions for orchestration layers.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Białystok, Poland for hybrid work.
• Fluency in Polish (C1+) and English (B2+) required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior or lead DevOps, DevSecOps, or MLOps role.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services and enterprise system integration (API, OAuth2, OIDC).
• Experience with multi-tenant architecture and SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar context protocols.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, RLHF, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with multi-agent systems at enterprise scale.
• Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305).
• Experience with AI model evaluation and quality assessment metrics.
