DevOps Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Develop and operate complex AI solutions including chatbots and LLM-based applications.
• Build on-premise and cloud RAG solutions using Kubernetes, Ansible, and Docker.
• Collaborate with international teams in a remote-first environment.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ArgoCD.
• Monitor system performance using Grafana, Prometheus, and Langsmith.

Requirements

• English: C1 level required.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Ansible, and Docker.
• Strong background in CI/CD, GitOps, and monitoring tools.
• Software engineering experience with Python or Java.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform such as Azure.
• Must be based in Poland for occasional office presence in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI development including RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and MCP.
• Web development experience with Java, Spring Boot, or frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
