What you will do

• Design and maintain internal developer tooling, platform abstractions, and self-service workflows.
• Build, operate, and improve automated CI/CD pipelines from commit through production.
• Operate AWS infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code, focusing on scalability, availability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Improve reliability through SRE practices, observability, production debugging, and incident management.
• Apply AI, automation, and intelligent tooling to improve developer productivity and reduce operational toil.
• Partner with application, security, and infrastructure engineers to build and operate reliable platform capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar production engineering role.
• Strong software development experience building maintainable automation, tooling, and platform abstractions.
• Production experience designing and operating AWS systems, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, production debugging, reliability engineering, and incident response.
• Strong communication skills for remote, asynchronous engineering environments.
• Fluent English and the ability to work within the +4 / -0 UTC time-zone range are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with internal developer platforms, golden paths, or self-service infrastructure.
• Experience with AI coding assistants, agents, or AI-powered developer tooling.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Harness, Drone, Heroku, Render, or similar platforms.
• Automation experience across macOS and Linux developer environments.
• Experience working in remote-first, globally distributed teams.
