What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines for .NET-based AI agents.
• Support multiple AI engineering teams working across separate repositories and applications.
• Establish GitHub Enterprise governance, branching strategies, pull request workflows, and repository controls.
• Manage secrets, credentials, identity, access policies, environment configuration, and secure software delivery practices.
• Build observability through logging, monitoring, dashboards, alerting, auditing, and distributed tracing.
• Support incident troubleshooting, infrastructure automation, architecture reviews, and operational readiness for AI-powered applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise, pull request workflows, CI/CD, release processes, and deployment automation.
• Practical experience with infrastructure automation, configuration management, Linux administration, and cloud engineering.
• Strong understanding of secrets management, identity and access management, least-privilege security, audit logging, governance, and compliance.
• Experience with observability, incident troubleshooting, AI/GenAI/LLM or MLOps workloads, and AI agent architectures.
• Must work from the European Union region and hold a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, Docker, .NET development teams, or MLOps platforms.
• Experience with AI observability, model monitoring, LLM application monitoring, RAG, or agentic AI initiatives.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Experience designing scalable platforms for multiple AI engineering teams and applying GenAI within the software development lifecycle.
