What you will do

• Execute targeted outbound strategies for top APAC accounts using AI agents for prioritization and personalization.
• Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Manage account momentum by independently multi-threading contacts and sustaining engagement post-handoff.
• Conduct platform overviews and introductory demos for key personas at target accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Revenue Marketing to share account intelligence and objection patterns.
• Maintain precise records in Salesforce for all account and opportunity interactions.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR or in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of consistent pipeline generation.
• Fluent English proficiency for conducting calls and writing sequences.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior operations and engineering leaders.
• Ability to independently manage account strategy and multi-thread contacts.
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools such as Amplemarket, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with manufacturing environments, including MES, ERP, or quality systems.
• Prior experience selling into enterprise industrial or manufacturing accounts.
• Proficiency in the MEDDPIC sales framework.
