Senior Platform Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Corporate HQ in Irving, Texas, United States

Salary: $102,400–$179,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform products.
• Develop user stories, product backlogs, acceptance criteria, solution designs, process flows, and data mappings.
• Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and business process reviews to identify platform improvements.
• Own platform product areas including configuration, integrations, workflows, automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate dependencies and support Agile ceremonies, user acceptance testing, issue triage, and defect resolution.
• Use SQL queries, reporting tools, and platform interfaces to analyze data, monitor metrics, and identify discrepancies.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred and at least 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, including the Sales module, and related business platforms.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, backlog management, and solution delivery lifecycles.
• Experience with platform configuration, integrations, CRM security roles, workflows, automation, process optimization, and user acceptance testing.
• Proficiency with SQL queries and knowledge of reporting, dashboards, sales performance metrics, and data analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with Experlogix or other Configure, Price, Quote solutions in Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Experience supporting Salesforce-to-Dynamics 365 migration or transformation initiatives.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience with release management, deployment coordination, production support, enterprise integrations, and data governance.
